- All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- PINKCITE does not accept cash, checks, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency for online orders.
2. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention
- We use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your payment information.
- Your sensitive financial information is never stored on our servers. All transactions are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
- For certain transactions, especially for high-value orders, we may request additional verification to protect against fraud.
- Any fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized payment attempts will result in the immediate cancellation of the order and a permanent ban from our website.
3. Klarna Installment Payments
For eligible orders, we offer the option to split your payment into installments through Klarna.
- Eligibility: Klarna’s installment plans are subject to approval.
- Payment Plan: Klarna allows you to split your payment into 4 interest-free installments or longer payment terms based on your location and credit approval.
- Late Fees: If you miss a payment, Klarna may charge a fee. PINKCITE is not responsible for any charges imposed by Klarna.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization
- Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email that outlines the details of your purchase.
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your payment is authorized, we will begin processing your order. If additional verification is required, we will notify you promptly.
5. Payment Issues & Declined Transactions
If your payment is declined, please check the following:
- Ensure that your card details are correct, including the CVV number, expiration date, and billing address.
- Make sure you have sufficient funds or credit available in your account.
- Contact your bank or payment provider to ensure there are no restrictions on your card or payment method.
- Try using a different payment method if issues persist.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours after placement.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.

7. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your returned item.
- If you cancel your order before it ships, we will process a full refund immediately.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Sales Tax & Additional Fees
- Sales tax will be added to your order based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.
- International customers are responsible for paying customs duties, VAT, and other import taxes. These fees are not included in the total price and will be charged by your local authorities upon delivery.
