2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. Please see below for estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery of 1 business day.
  • International Shipping: Delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on the country and customs processing.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, customs delays, or third-party shipping carrier issues.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing times may take an additional 1-2 days.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
  • For customers within the United States, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.

5. International Shipping & Customs Fees

  • PINKCITE ships internationally, but international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply to their orders.
  • These additional charges are not included in the total price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
  • PINKCITE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or issues related to international shipping carriers.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • If your tracking number does not update within 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • PINKCITE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the package has been marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

8. Address Changes & Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • PINKCITE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for reshipping costs.

9. Shipping During Holidays & Peak Seasons

  • Please expect longer delivery times during busy holiday periods, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year’s.
  • We recommend placing holiday orders at least two weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
